Fiber Boat Manufacturing

Company, which started manufacturing wooden yachts, boats and rowboats in 1972, started manufacturing Fiber Boats again in 2025 with the same quality, customer trust, material quality and workmanship.

How It’s Made

Fiberglass boats are manufactured using a combination of traditional boatbuilding techniques and advanced composite materials. Fiberglass boat manufacturing begins with the creation of a mold in the shape of the boat being built, which can be made of wood or plastic. This mold is thoroughly cleaned and coated with mold release agents to ensure easy removal of the finished product. Layers of woven or sewn fiberglass fabric are then placed into the mold according to specific resin-to-fabric ratios. These fabrics are then impregnated with an epoxy or polyester resin mixture using various techniques such as hand lay-up or vacuum infusion. After curing for an appropriate period of time, the hull is carefully removed from the mold and the excess material is trimmed. The resulting hull undergoes further finishing processes such as sanding and polishing to achieve a smooth surface before being fitted with the necessary hardware such as engines, decks and interiors. During this meticulous construction process, attention to detail, correct use of materials and adherence to safety standards result in the production of high-quality fiberglass boats that are known for their durability and performance at sea.

What are the advantages?

Fiber boat types are a material produced and used in the last twenty years. Fiber, which is a very light material, also offers low costs in terms of boat production and workmanship. Since they are mass-produced boats, they are affordable and of high quality. With their quality production and proper maintenance, they are boats that you can use without any problems for up to 50 years as long as their criteria are met. Their resistance to difficult conditions is lower compared to other materials. Although this is a disadvantage, their price features eliminate this disadvantage. When purchasing boats made of fiber materials, you should definitely prefer products with good workmanship.

How to Price?
Fiber boat prices can vary significantly depending on various factors such as size, design, build quality, and additional features. In general, larger fiber boats with more advanced features tend to have higher prices. In addition, the build quality of a fiber boat plays an important role in determining the price range. Boats built using high-quality fibers and resin matrix systems are generally more expensive due to their superior durability and resistance to environmental elements. Brand reputation also affects pricing. The best fiber boat brands known for their expertise set prices for their fiber boat models in line with these criteria. In addition; customizations such as advanced navigation systems, luxurious interiors, powerful engines, or fiber boat accessories increase the final cost of a fiber boat. It is important to consider all these factors when evaluating fiber boat prices so that you can find the right balance between your budget and the features you need.
